2. In short

This website sets no cookies, uses no tracking or analytics and embeds no third-party content. Fonts are served from our own server. There is no contact form; if you write to us, you do so by email.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Cloudflare Pages). When pages are requested, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system, in order to deliver the site securely. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement is in place. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR).

4. Contact by email or phone

We process your details to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and delete them once no longer needed, unless retention is required by law.

5. Appointments via Calendly

For free appointments we link to Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). Only when you click the link do you leave our website; Calendly’s privacy policy then applies.

We link to our profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube with plain links. No plugins are embedded, so no data is sent to these networks when you visit our site.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Contact mail@sfrankenberger.com.
